Google Calendar integration

Connect Google Calendar to surface meeting-load context alongside delivery metrics.

Updated yesterday

The Google Calendar integration brings event metadata into Leanmote, helping you contextualize delivery metrics with how much time engineers actually spend in meetings.

What Leanmote pulls from Google Calendar

  • Events on the calendars you authorize.

  • Attendees, duration, and recurrence metadata.

Event content (titles, descriptions) is used for categorization but not displayed verbatim in dashboards.

Connect Google Calendar

  1. Open Administration → Productivity Tools.

  2. Find Google Calendar under Calendar and click Connect.

  3. Sign in with the Google account you want to authorize.

  4. Authorize the requested calendar-read scope.

  5. Click Save.

What it powers

  • Meeting-load context paired with Active Days and Working Time.

  • Detection of focus-time gaps when paired with active workflow signals.

Privacy notes

  • Personal events outside of working hours are filtered when possible.

  • You can restrict the integration to specific calendars rather than all primary calendars.
