Some Leanmote features and limits depend on the plan tier you're on. This article explains what's typically gated and where to confirm your plan's specifics.
Common plan-tier dimensions
History depth — how far back Leanmote ingests historical data on initial sync. Lower tiers prioritize near-term operational history; higher tiers ingest longer ranges for trend analysis.
Integrations — basic plans typically include the most common integrations; specialized integrations (some AI tools, advanced calendar features) come at higher tiers.
Identity and security — SSO, SCIM, audit logs, and IP allowlisting are typically Enterprise-tier features.
API access — the public REST and Metrics APIs may be rate-limited differently by plan.
Seat counts and team count — most plans include a seat allowance with overage pricing.
Where to find your plan's specifics
The Settings page surfaces the plan name and current usage where applicable.
Your account team or your billing contact can confirm the exact limits for your contract.
Plan-specific feature gates appear in the UI as locked sections or call-outs that say "Available on higher plans."
What to do if you hit a limit
Seat overage — remove inactive users or contact your account team for an upgrade.
History gaps — your plan's depth is the limit. Older data isn't recoverable on lower tiers.
Locked feature — contact your account team. We do not unlock features without an upgraded plan.
Why we don't list exact numbers here
Plan structures change as new tiers and features land. Pointing at the live Settings page and your contract gives you the truth that lasts. If you'd like a written summary of your specific plan, ask your account team.
