Performance Delivery is your day-to-day operational view. It answers: are we shipping predictably, quickly, and with acceptable quality?
Where you open it depends on your organization. If your sidebar has a Context entry, Performance Delivery is a group of four tabs you add to a view — see What is Context?. If the sidebar lists it separately, it's its own dashboard with the same four tabs. Either way the tabs, and the numbers in them, are identical.
The four tabs
Four tabs you switch between:
Workflow Performance — flow metrics: throughput, cycle time, work in progress, waiting time.
Software Delivery Performance — the four DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recovery, change failure rate) plus two pull-request cards that live in the same tab: Pull Request Activity and Pull Request Size.
Team Collaboration Network — review participation, review latency, and how activity distributes across the team.
Team Overview — per-member execution table covering throughput, WIP, cycle time, working time, story points, and more.
Typical filters
Date range — weekly, sprint, or monthly.
Team or squad.
Repository, project, or board scope.
Workflow segment, when available.
How to run a weekly review
Start with DORA trend direction — are we accelerating or decelerating?
Drop into Workflow Performance to validate flow bottlenecks (cycle time, WIP pressure).
Check Team Collaboration Network for review latency that may explain delays.
Use Team Overview to spot individual workload imbalances.
Capture one improvement action per team for the next cycle.
