The four tabs
Performance Delivery is organized into four tabs you can switch between:
Workflow Performance — flow metrics: throughput, cycle time, work in progress, waiting time.
Software Delivery Performance — DORA: deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recovery, change failure rate.
Team Collaboration Network — review participation, review latency, and how activity distributes across the team.
Team Overview — per-member execution table covering throughput, WIP, cycle time, working time, story points, and more.

Typical filters
Date range — weekly, sprint, or monthly.
Team or squad.
Repository, project, or board scope.
Workflow segment, when available.
How to run a weekly review
Start with DORA trend direction — are we accelerating or decelerating?
Drop into Workflow Performance to validate flow bottlenecks (cycle time, WIP pressure).
Check Team Collaboration Network for review latency that may explain delays.
Use Team Overview to spot individual workload imbalances.
Capture one improvement action per team for the next cycle.
