Team Allocation Detail is a view inside the Project Financials dashboard. From the live tooltip: "the Team Allocation Detail dashboard shows how time and cost distribute across teams, letting leaders drill down from teams to individual contributors and their tasks. Use it to understand team-level investment, delivery effort, and efficiency to guide staffing and prioritization decisions."
Where to find it
Open Project Financials in the sidebar and switch to the Teams Overview view. Team Allocation Detail is the upper table on that page; the toggle at the top right lets you switch between a Score view and an Edit-table view.
Columns
One row per team, with these columns by default:
Team — team name from your team mapping.
Throughput — tasks completed by the team in the period.
Avg Throughput per Person — Throughput normalized by team size.
Roadmap Eff. % — share of completed work that was on the roadmap.
Support Done — count of support items resolved.
Bug % — share of completed work that was bug fixes.
Cycle Time (Avg) — average cycle time for completed tasks.
Lead Time — average lead time for changes.
Change Failure Rate — DORA metric: share of changes causing failure.
Use the Edit table button in the top right to choose which columns are visible.
Drilling down
Each row has an expand control (+) that drills from the team down to its individual contributors and the tasks they completed in the period. This is how you go from a team-level signal to a contributor-level explanation without leaving the page.
What you can answer with it
Which teams are delivering on roadmap vs. doing support and bug-fix work?
Where is throughput concentrated, and is per-person throughput consistent across teams?
Are cycle time and change failure rate aligned with the team's delivery profile?
Tips
Pair with Collaborator Allocation Detail when team numbers look unusual — drill in to see if it's a few contributors driving the trend.
If a team's allocation changes wildly period-over-period, check whether team membership changed in the workspace.
Use a quarter-long range for the most stable team-level view.
