Collaborator Allocation Detail

Project Financials view that gives a contributor-centered view of how each person's effort and cost spread across projects.

Updated in the last hour

Collaborator Allocation Detail is a view inside the Project Financials dashboard. From the live tooltip: "the Collaborator Allocation Detail dashboard offers a contributor-centered view of time and cost distribution across projects. This helps organizations understand how each team member's effort is split, how much has been invested per contributor, and which projects they are impacting."

Where to find it

Open Project Financials in the sidebar and look for the Collaborator Allocation Detail table. You'll see a row per contributor with one set of delivery and cost columns.

Columns

One row per contributor, with these default columns:

  • Collaborator — the team member.

  • Throughput — tasks the contributor completed in the period.

  • Epics Done — count of epics they closed.

  • Roadmap Eff. % — share of their completed work that was on the roadmap.

  • Support Done — support items they resolved.

  • WIP — work in progress.

  • Bug % — share of work that was bug fixes.

  • Sprint Efficiency — share of planned tasks completed during the sprint.

Use the Edit table button in the top right to hide or reorder columns.

What you can answer with it

  • Which contributors are spread across many projects (and may be context-switching)?

  • Which projects pull labor from outside their assigned team?

  • Where is cost concentrated at the individual level, and is that intentional?

Tips

  • Pair with Project Financials Detail (project-grouped) and Team Allocation Detail (team-grouped) for triangulation.

  • Investigate contributors spread across many projects in small slices — context-switching is invisible cost.

  • Use the date range that matches your planning cycle (sprint, month, quarter) for comparable trends.
