Dashboards overview

The five Leanmote dashboards, when to use each, and how filters work across them.

Updated yesterday

Dashboards are where Leanmote turns connected operational data into decisions. This article explains the five dashboards, who they're for, and how filtering works across all of them.

The dashboard suite

  • Performance Delivery — operational delivery quality and speed. Most teams open this first.

  • Project Financials — investment efficiency and output by project and team.

  • Strategic Overview — leadership-level engineering health and trend direction.

  • Bottleneck Insights — friction detection across workflow stages.

  • AI Governance — adoption and impact of AI-assisted engineering tools.

How teams use dashboards

  • Managers run weekly execution reviews on Performance Delivery and Bottleneck Insights.

  • Directors run cross-team trend and capacity reviews on Strategic Overview and Project Financials.

  • Executives run monthly strategic reviews on Strategic Overview, segmented by team or project.

The shared filtering model

Every dashboard supports the same filter dimensions, so once you learn one you've learned them all:

  • Date range — Last 7, 14, 30, 90 days or a custom range.

  • Team — one or many.

  • Repository / project / board — scope to specific data sources.

  • Workflow segment — when applicable, segment by issue type, label, or workflow stage.

Saved filter combinations are called Views. See What is a View?.

Recommended cadence

  • Weekly — team operational review on Performance Delivery + Bottleneck Insights.

  • Monthly — leadership review on Strategic Overview + Project Financials.

  • Quarterly — recalibration of targets and investment using rolling history.
