What the Statuses tab is
New workflow columns/statuses detected on boards you've already accepted. Leanmote tries to classify each one automatically into one of four categories based on its name:
Backlog
Active
Waiting
Done

Columns
Status name — the status name as it comes from the provider
Board — which board it belongs to
Productivity Tool — logo + provider
Auto-classified as — the suggested category
Actions
Confirm
Accept the automatic classification. The status starts counting toward metrics under the suggested category.
Reclassify
Modal to manually pick the correct category (Backlog / Active / Waiting / Done). Use this when the status name is non-standard and Leanmote classified it incorrectly.
Ignore
This status won't count toward metrics. Useful for columns like "Archived", "On hold", or "Blocked by client" that don't represent active or completed work.
