What the Boards tab is
Each row is a board Leanmote found in Jira or Azure Boards. Same triage as Repositories, and the same effect of Automatic activation: with it on the board is already being measured when you see it; with it off it waits paused.
Boards matter more than repos for flow metrics, because a board brings its workflow statuses with it — and those statuses are what turn into cycle time, waiting time and completed work. Activating a board is what makes its statuses show up in the Statuses tab.
Columns
Board — name. Its organization or workspace, who detected it and when travel with the name.
Tool — Jira or Azure Boards.
Item type — the work item types seen on this board.
Teams — which teams work on it, built from the recent activity.
Last activity — the most recent task movement, and who made it.
Status — Measuring, Paused or Switched off.
View activity shows the last five activities, read live from the provider. On a board that isn't active yet, that preview doesn't count towards metrics — it's there so you can tell a live board from a dead one.
Actions
Measure
Starts measuring the board. If it was never active, Accept and load data asks how much history to pull — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year — and Confirm and load data queues the extraction. Its issues and their status history start counting.
Do not measure
Extractors skip it from now on. Nothing already collected is deleted, and the row moves to Switched off, where Measure brings it back.
In bulk
Tick the rows, or Select all N in this tab, then Measure or Do not measure. It runs in the background, with an Undo right after.
