Discoveries — Channels tab

Accept or ignore Slack channels discovered by the extractor. Types: public, private, group DM, direct.

What the Channels tab is

Slack channels discovered by the extractor that aren't active in Leanmote yet. Each row is a channel awaiting your decision.

Columns

  • Channel — name. # prefix for public channels, 🔒 for private ones

  • Productivity Tool — Slack

  • Type — Public / Private / Group DM / Direct

  • Discovered by — email of the user whose Slack credentials discovered the channel

  • First seen — when it was first discovered

Actions

Accept

Activates the channel. Its messages start counting toward metrics on the next extraction cycle.

Ignore

Permanent and sticky: the Slack extractor will skip it forever. Even if someone else "discovers" it from different credentials, it won't return to Pending until you restore it from the Ignored filter.

Bulk ignore

Available via Select to ignore.
