Discoveries — Repositories tab

Accept or ignore new repos detected in GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps. Pick how much history to backfill.

What the Repositories tab is

Each row is a new repo detected in one of your code integrations (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps) that isn't active in Leanmote yet.

Columns

  • Repository — owner/name

  • Productivity Tool — logo + provider

  • Discovered by — email of the user whose credentials discovered the repo

  • First seen — when it was first discovered

Actions

Accept

Opens a modal where you pick how much history to pull on the first extraction:

  • 1 month

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

The repo becomes active and its commits / PRs start counting toward metrics.

Ignore

The extractor will skip it from now on. Decision is "sticky" — even if it shows up again on a later run, it doesn't return to Pending until you restore it.

Bulk ignore

Available via Select to ignore: check the repos you want to dismiss and ignore them in one go.
