Organization settings

Org-wide controls: time zone, workweek, branding, metric defaults.

Updated yesterday

Organization Settings hold org-wide configuration that affects every user and every dashboard. Most of this is set once at onboarding and rarely changed afterward.

Where to find it

Open Administration → Settings. The page is split into sections by topic.

Time and calendar

  • Time zone — sets how dashboards bucket data by day. Get this right at onboarding; changing it later can shift historical chart shapes.

  • Workweek — which days count as working days. Affects active-day calculations and "working-hours" review-latency reporting.

  • Holidays — optional org calendar. When set, holidays are excluded from active-day denominators.

Metric defaults

  • Default date range used when a dashboard is opened without an explicit range (typically Last 30 days).

  • Default percentile reporting (median, P75, P90) on cycle-time and review-latency charts.

  • Default attribution window for Change Failure Rate (24h or 7d).

Branding

  • Organization name (appears in the sidebar and on dashboards).

  • Optional logo upload, which displays in the sidebar header.

Notifications

  • Who gets paged when integrations disconnect.

  • Whether to email weekly digests of dashboard changes.

Data retention

Active integrations sync continuously and retain data for the full plan-defined window. Disconnected integrations retain historical data so past metrics remain readable. Account deletion permanently removes all data — see your plan terms for details.
