Organization Settings hold org-wide configuration that affects every user and every dashboard. Most of this is set once at onboarding and rarely changed afterward.
Where to find it
Open Administration → Settings. The page is split into sections by topic.
Time and calendar
Time zone — sets how dashboards bucket data by day. Get this right at onboarding; changing it later can shift historical chart shapes.
Workweek — which days count as working days. Affects active-day calculations and "working-hours" review-latency reporting.
Holidays — optional org calendar. When set, holidays are excluded from active-day denominators.
Metric defaults
Default date range used when a dashboard is opened without an explicit range (typically Last 30 days).
Default percentile reporting (median, P75, P90) on cycle-time and review-latency charts.
Default attribution window for Change Failure Rate (24h or 7d).
Branding
Organization name (appears in the sidebar and on dashboards).
Optional logo upload, which displays in the sidebar header.
Notifications
Who gets paged when integrations disconnect.
Whether to email weekly digests of dashboard changes.
Data retention
Active integrations sync continuously and retain data for the full plan-defined window. Disconnected integrations retain historical data so past metrics remain readable. Account deletion permanently removes all data — see your plan terms for details.
